Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At our store, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our policies carefully regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation & Changes
    Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Once processing, packaging, or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 applies to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

  1. Return Policy
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

  1. Refund Policy
    Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Delivery fails within the guaranteed timeframe.

  • Documentation such as photos, videos, order number, and customer name is provided.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed, with return shipping fees paid by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.

  1. Exchange Policy

  • If undelivered due to carrier error, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • If the customer provides incorrect shipping information, replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Exceptions & Restrictions
    Refunds and returns are not provided for:

  • Orders delayed by incorrect customer information or lack of response.

  • Items in transit.

  • Pre-order or custom-made products (unless defective).

  • Unauthorized returns.

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

  • Returns affected by customs or natural disasters.

  1. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned due to delivery failure, we will attempt to contact the customer using the email on file.
    We are not liable if no response is received or if the package is returned/destroyed due to incorrect information.

  2. International Shipping Notice
    Customs duties or import fees may apply for international orders.
    We recommend reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully, as returns due to customs or shipping charges are generally not accepted.
